CreateDate:2023-09-13
UCI successfully held the third design liaison meeting about the signal system of the weak current system subcontracting project of Chongqing’s Bishan-Tongliang line (“Bishan-Tongliang Line Project”), an urban railway, from September 7 to 10. The attendees include Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group, Chongqing Yuxi Express Line Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., Chongqing Railway Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. as well as China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
The key problems were discussed in detail at the meeting, the problem of demand raised at the first and second design liaison meetings was closed and the signal layout was reviewed. Technicians from participating units focused on technical standards and key system links of the project, and discussed and determined subsequent plans related to drawing, factory inspection, and supply, which laid a foundation for the subsequent engineering design and implementation.
In this project, the company is responsible for the hardware and software development, product supply, system integration and installation of the communication system, signal system, integrated supervision and control system, AFC system, platform screen doors, information infrastructure system, security system, power supervisory control system and other systems, covering 7 fields and 31 subsystems. Since it won the bid, UCI made scientific and meticulous arrangements to quickly build a high-quality and skilled team that can actively respond to the relevant rules and requirements of the superior, immediately convey and satisfy the requirements of various documents issued, formulate the management system according to the characteristics of the project, request the constructor to complete the construction plan and process standards. A total of 14 design liaison meetings and 2 special sessions were held from June 5 to September 5, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent construction.
The successful conclusion of this meeting marks that Bishan-Tongliang Line Project has fully entered the engineering design and systematic design stages. Strictly meeting the requirements of the design liaison meeting, the company’s Bishan-Tongliang Line Project Department will detail measures, implement management responsibilities, strengthen construction management, and improve site construction requirements, in a bid to ensure the quality of project construction.
Bishan-Tongliang Line starts from Tongliang West Station near Sanjiaobei, Tongliang District and ends at Bishan Station. The line extends eastward along Yingbin Road, passing through Tongliang Station on the south side of the Convenience Service Center of Tongliang District. After crossing Longteng Avenue, it includes Tongliang New Town Station and Kechuang New Town Station, then continues through the Yunwu Mountain to reach Bishan District. The line features Dalu Station, Qinglonghu Station, Hebian Station and Daishan Avenue Station before turning eastward to its terminus of Bishan. Station. The line, 37.458 km long, has 9 stations, of which 3 are elevated stations, namely Tongliang West Station, Tongliang Station and Bishan Station, and the other 6 are at-grade stations. The line was equipped with one parking lot in Tongliang. There are two main substations in Tongliang New Town and Bishan, of which Bishan main substation will be shared with the planned rail transit line 27. Bishan-Tongliang Line connects Bishan and Tongliang districts and transports passengers on commuting, business, tourism, leisure and recreation and other trips between important towns, industrial parks and scenic spots along the route, which cater to the need of integration between Bishan and Tongliang and main urban areas, support the integration strategy and industry-city-scenic-spot integration in Bishan and Tongliang districts, promote the development of western Chongqing, lead urban development pattern, and help create a metropolitan area on track. It is a demonstration line integrating high-speed rail, urban railway and subway.
