In view of the existing issues in the management of the Beijing Cheng Jian Plaza

Personnel issues: In addition to the employees of Beijing Urban Construction Group, there are also employees of leasing units, foreign visitors, delivery person and other personnel. The complexity of the personnel movement brings inconvenience to the entrance and exit management of the Plaza.

Security issues: Since the entrances of the elevators and stairs of the Plaza do not have access control functions, people can freely enter and exit each floor of the Plaza, which inconveniences the daily office work of the building and poses a potential security hazard.

Management issues: The Plaza encompasses numerous departments, posing challenges in effectively managing daily visits, accurately defining visitor access boundaries, promptly alerting outsiders entering the premises, and retaining comprehensive access logs simultaneously. These factors hinder efficient daily management of the Plaza.

A comprehensive intelligent face recognition system has been implemented to regulate access control at the entrances of the basement one, floors 9 to 26, the machine room located on the 2nd floor of Block B, and the 7th floor of Block C. Access control are implemented on areas such as the leadership offices, large office space, printing area, staircase entrances on each floor, elevator foyers on each floor, battery room, machine room, and other designated locations. These systems facilitate comprehensive personnel management, encompassing employees, visitors, and temporary access personnel. It also addresses various management requirements, such as security office supervision, visitor management, authority control, data centralization, and interconnectivity, to enhance overall efficiency in administration, and prepare for intelligent management and control, algorithm optimization and system data analysis in the future.
