PROJECT OVERVIEW
The underground utility tunnel project in the Xiongan New Area is known as the underground "artery" of the Xiongan New Area. As of the end of 2022, Xiongan New Area has built 136 kilometers of underground utility tunnel, with an operation mileage of 92.4 kilometers. UCI provides self-developed intelligent sensors, IoT couplers, IoT coordinators, IoT controllers, IoT gateways, and other series products for about 30 km underground utility tunnels in the Rongdong and Rongxi Districts of Xiongan New Area. The project fully applies BIM, GIS, and other technical means to realize intelligent, information-based design. In the construction stage, through the Internet of Things and other technical means, the internal environment and equipment operating status of the tunnel are monitored in real time, and the tunnel equipment is intelligently transformed to realize remote monitoring and intelligent control. This greatly improved the refined management level and operation and maintenance efficiency of the tunnel, and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent intelligent operation.
In addition to providing product supply, installation, and service for the entire line of Rongxi and Rongdong Districts, as well as tunnel lines in Start-up Zones and high-speed railway stations, UCI also undertakes the construction of an intelligent visualization platform in Rongxi District. By integrating environmental and equipment monitoring, safety and fire monitoring, and professional pipeline inspection data, it has developed information management, operation monitoring, comprehensive analysis, and three-dimensional visualization applications for utility tunnels. This provides comprehensive information data and application support for utility tunnel operation and maintenance work while enhancing the precision and implementation efficiency of such operations. It assists in decision-making for utility and management while leading the way towards intelligent operation and maintenance management throughout the area of Rongxi District. Furthermore, it closely integrates digital technology with urban planning governance and operations to truly fulfill the development requirements of digitalization and intelligent construction within Xiongan New Area.
