PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Taiyuan Metro Line 2, with a total length of 23.647 km, consists of 23 stations, including 7 transfer stations, all of which are underground. The line has 1 control center, 1 standby control center and 1 depot. The Taiyuan Metro Line 1 Project (Phase I) has a total length of 28.6 km, which is laid underground. It consists of 24 stations, all of which are underground.

With the development of Taiyuan Metro and the demands for "group management and control" and "internal control management", Taiyuan Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. has launched the Informatization Construction Project (Phase II) to build an urban rail cloud PaaS platform and upgrade the capacity of the financial management system and asset management system as well as the hardware and network security of the urban rail cloud platform, realizing seamless connection with all systems of Phase I Project.

PROJECT SCHEDULE

The Urban Rail Cloud Computing Platform System Work of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 2 Project (Phase I) was put into operation on December 26, 2020.

The Informatization Construction Project (Phase II) undertaken by Taiyuan Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. is currently under construction and is expected to be officially put into operation in April 2024.

PROJECT PERFORMANCE

Beijing Urban Construction Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. completed the implementation of the works for the Urban Rail Cloud Platform System of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project as the lead of the consortium.

The Informatization Construction Project (Phase II) undertaken by Taiyuan Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. mainly includes building an urban rail cloud PaaS platform and upgrading the capacity of the financial management system and asset management system as well as the hardware and network security of the urban rail cloud platform.
