INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL CENTER

Integrated management and control center is a comprehensive intelligent passenger management center integrating the functions of customer service center and train control room, which can be installed in the indoor station hall floor of metros and light rails. It enables an integrated, visual and digital management that allows for unified operation command, rapid response and intelligent decision-making. Characterized by simplicity in operation, intelligent control, smooth collaboration, and high operational efficiency, the center can assist users in making scientific commands and decisions, rapidly sharing business information, and ensuring coordinated interaction among multiple systems, thus enhancing the response rate to business events and operational efficiency, shaping an intelligent, rapid transit information service for stations.

SMART TICKET BOOTH

Smart ticket booth facilitates centralized positioning of passenger service equipment, which mainly consists of a booth assembly, IBP panel cabinet, display screen stand combination, combined cabinet, passenger self-service terminal, and the Booking Office Machine. It enables a wide range of passenger self-service functions, and in special circumstances that require manual intervention, it can also provide remote customer support, HELP call service, route inquiries, ticket inquiries, and ticket issue analysis. Through the inquiry services, it is possible to trace the historical information recorded on the tickets. The HELP call service allows for remote audio-visual interaction and the capability to remotely control self-service terminal equipment to aid passengers in purchasing tickets. Moreover, passengers canuse the self-service terminal software for self-ticketing (which supports QR code paper ticket issuance, top-up, balance inquiry, and ticket analysis, etc.), realizing convenient self-service applications.

Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC system)

The AFC system is a system solution that integrates high-tech applications such as automatic control, computer network communication, automatic cash identification, microelectronic computing, electromechanical embedded systems and large-scale database management. It delivers a comprehensive product capability across the entire system chain, including central-level (LC) and station-level (SC) automatic fare collection systems, Ticket Vending Machine (TVM), Automatic Gate (AG), Booking Office Machine (BOM), and Ticket Checking Machine (TCM), making it suitable for various scenarios like traditional metros, autonomous rails, and light rails. The AFC system provides centralized management of operations, monitoring, ticketing, revenue, and maintenance, all while collecting and processing various types of data, receiving parameters issued by the center, and issuing diverse commands. It is a cloud-adaptable system product that offers such advantages as decoupling, granulation, integration, and nodulation.
