Integrated Supervisory Control
Built on the principles of granular design and equipped with micro-service technology, the system breaks down the chimney-style information-business barriers in an ELV system of traditional rail transit. It contributes to the formation of a highly integrated all-in-one control platform for urban rail transit, and realizes functions such as data concentration, real-time monitoring, remote maintenance and management, fault early-warning and notifications, and historical data queries, which ensure the safe and stable operation of metros. Under the operation status of rail transit lines and line networks such as metros, and light rails, it performs data collection, monitoring, alarm, linkage, reporting, and decision commanding for various sub-system equipment such as PSCADA, BAS, and FAS. The system can be deployed flexibly for various architectures such as the cloud platform of China Association of Metros, intelligent control station cloud platform, container cloud and legacy master/standby servers.
BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS)
The system facilitates the comprehensive and effective automatic monitoring and management of all electromechanical systems and equipment within the station, including HVAC, water supply and drainage system, elevators and escalators, low-voltage distribution system, and power lighting system. It monitors the operating status of local equipment on the site and environmental parameters, and controls the startup and shutdown in an automatic, manual, real-time and scheduled manner, so as to realize the single control, mode control and schedule control of the system, ensuring that the equipment is in the most efficient, energy-saving, and reliable optimal operating state, while creating a comfortable underground environment. Moreover, in case of fire or traffic congestion, it can be linked with other sub-modules to better coordinate the operation of station equipment, and maximize the effectiveness of various equipment, so as to ensure the safety of passengers and the normal operation of equipment.
POWER MONITORING SYSTEM
As an important part of metro power supply system, the system monitors and controls the status and parameters of equipment while issuing control instructions, and can upload and receive parameters and instructions from the integrated supervisory control system, realizing automatic monitoring, control, and management of substations. The system is mainly used for monitoring equipment within the power supply system, such as circuit breakers, isolation switches, transformers, and grounding knife-switches, with monitored parameters mainly including equipment status, temperature, current load and other information. The supporting hardware equipment of the system includes telecontrol equipment, electromechanical intelligent control unit and control signal screen. The software terminal of the system offers a visual user interface and intelligent diagnosis and analysis functions.
