NEXT GENERATION CLOUD SIGNAL SYSTEM

The application of cloud computing technology has become a new research hotspot in the field of train operation control system in recent years. UCI has launched the next generation of cloud signal train control system on the basis of complying with relevant industry specifications such as on interoperability and fully automatic operation and benchmarking against train-train communication technology

The cloud signal train control system consists of one cloud (center cloud or station section cloud), two platforms (on-board embedded security platform and center integrated machine general-purpose security platform) and three systems (on-board execution unit subsystem, wayside line controller subsystem and wayside onboard unit controller subsystem). In the system, the on-board logic computation function in the original CBTC architecture is shifted to the track side and center, the on-board execution unit only retains the basic safety protection and execution control functions, and only the standard interface data of traction, braking and switching platform screen door need to be exchanged between the train and the wayside. Other system interfaces are realized in the wayside secure cloud platform, and the wayside core business logic is carried by the wayside cloud platform, thus realizing the lightweight of the on-board terminal, the standardization of the train-towayside interface and the centralization of wayside arithmetic processing.

FULLY AUTOMATIC OPERATION SYSTEM (FAO)

Based on the classic CBTC system architecture, the unmanned automatic operation function of trains has been realized. The system is independently developed by Urban Construction Intelligent Control Co., Ltd., including ATP, ATO, AOM, ATS and full-electronic interlocking. The system adopts self-developed general-purpose secure computer platform, with ATP and full-electronic interlocking system of dual two-out-of-two architecture and ATO and AOM systems of hot standby redundancy architecture. The whole system adopts a highly intensive architecture, providing the owner with a green and energy-saving train control system solution with road safety as the core.

ALL-ELECTRONIC COMPUTER INTERLOCKING SYSTEM (CI)

With computer control technologies as the core and power electronic switch technology as the foundation, advanced technologies such as computer communication and automatic detection are adopted to realize the electronization of railway signal control equipment to the greatest extent.

The all-electronic computer interlocking system adopts dual two-out-of-two security architecture, which meets the SIL4 security level of European standards and electronic units, which are small in size, powerful in function and convenient for networking. It is designed with intelligent and modular electronic executive units to replace the IO cabinet, interface cabinet, relay cabinet and other equipment of traditional computer interlocking. It also adopts the integration of driving, acquisition and monitoring to control the on-site signal equipment securely and reliably.
