AFC of Chongqing Rail Transit Bitong Line Passes Prototype Check and Acceptance

Recently, proprietor, constructor, operator, supervisor and designer of the weak current system engineering (hereinafter referred to as Bishan-Tongliang engineering) of Bishan-Tongliang rail transit line in the suburbs of Chongqing jointly spent 5 days conducting prototype check and acceptance of UCI’s AFC.
Chongqing Yuxi Express Line Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., Chongqing Railway Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. & Jiangsu Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (consortium), China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd. & Chongqing Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (consortium), UCD, UCI & China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (consortium) participated in the prototype check and acceptance.
On Dec. 25, the check and acceptance team came to UCI’s Kunming branch to check and accept all test reports and factory inspection reports related to the terminal equipment of AFC. UCI’s well-prepared data and all-encompassing reports won wide acclaim from the check and acceptance team.
From Dec. 26th through 28th, the check and acceptance team came to UCI’s factory in Kunming to conduct all-around hardware and software function testing and acceptance of AFC’s all types of terminal equipment, including TVM, AGM, BOM, IBOM, STM and intelligent robots. Experts of the check and acceptance team asked carefully about the equipment materials selected and functions realized and watched the displayed functions of the equipment on site. Through rigorous examination and evaluation, the check and acceptance team spoke highly of the terminal equipment. They were of the opinion that the material quality, technology and ancillary facilities were excellent even overdid other equipment of the same type in some aspects.
On Dec. 29, the check and acceptance team held a summing-up meeting at UCI’s Kunming branch company. At the meeting, through in-depth discussion, experts of the check and acceptance team unanimously agreed that the AFC passed the prototype check and acceptance and officially signed the related minutes of the meeting. Experts of the check and acceptance team said that the prototype checked and accepted performed excellently in all tests and completely lived up to the requirements of engineering application. The successful prototype check and acceptance marks the entry of the AFC of the Bishan-Tongliang rail transit line on the stage of mass production, laying a firm foundation for subsequent leave-factory check and acceptance of the equipment and providing a forceful guarantee for the success of the project.

In addition, being dependent on its years’ rich experience in implementation and application of rail transit AFC, UCI has applied relevant technologies to a wider range of products such as field brake and park access control to offer service for digitization, informatization and intellectualization of more industries.
